Rental Terms & Monthly Billing Cycles
Our units are offered exclusively for a minimum initial rental term of 30 days or greater. The monthly rate is calculated by simply mutliplying the daily rate shown for each unit type by the no. of days in the monthly billing cycle (e.g. an April 7 arrival would have an initial monthly billing cycle consisting of the 30 days of April 7 - May 7, the second monthy billing cycle would consist of the 31 days of May 7 - June 7, and so on.
